When placing an order with kennethhome.com.au you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. These terms and conditions are relevant to all products and services provided by Kenneth Home via instore or our website. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a customer

1. General

1.1 Each order placed will be contractually binding once your confirmation of order has been received. It is the discretion of the company to accept or decline any order.

1.2 When corresponding with us in any form please quote your order confirmation number.

1.3. Kenneth home has the right to amend and change the terms and conditions at any point of time. These can be related to but not limited to payment methods, legal changes, delivery, system capabilities and all other subjects.

1.4 All items are provided with a 1 to 10 years manufacturers warranty (in relation to article 8)

1.5 Many items come flat packed and need to be assembled. They are designed so they can be assembled by the reasonable individual. We highly advise not to make arrangements with any tradesmen hired to assemble the furniture until you have checked the new goods have arrived ensuring all parts have been delivered and nothing is damaged.

1.6 Its critical any existing furniture is also not disposed off or disassembled until the new goods have been delivered as beds.co.uk will not be liable for any failed deliveries out of its control (in relation to article 6).

2. Cancellation

We do immediately packing your order which means we can’t cancel once you’ve placed it. However, you are allowed to change the delivery option and delivery address within 1 hour after completing your order. Please contact us as soon as possible for any alternation – 0452611098

3.Exchange and return:

3.1 ITEM IS DAMAGED / FAULTY / WRONG / MISSING AN ITEM

Please provide us clear pictures of any damaged, faulty or wrong products / clear description of the missing part and contact us via email – [email protected], along with any details of your purchase, for an exchange or refund within 14 days.

Please allow 24 hours for a response from our Customer Service team.

3.2 Change of mind policy:

Please choose carefully. The majority of our items (including without limitation, beds and furniture) cannot be resold for health or hygiene reasons once unwrapped. Due to this reason we do not normally give refunds or offer exchanges or credits if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.

4. Description and Specification of Items

4.1 All images, drawings/illustrations, sizes and descriptions advertised on our website or on the product packaging are created to assist you with approximate idea of the items we provide on our website

4.1 All our goods and services descriptions are updated regularly and we provide the most suitable descriptions in relation to the item

4.2 All items will be provided with the specification as detailed in the description.

4.2.1 Kenneth Home will make all efforts to match colours and stitching to all the finishes on the item, however in some instances colours and stitching may vary

4.2.2 Depending on the climate conditions colours may change

4.2.3 In relation to 5.2.1 mattresses body may vary, however mattress specifications remain equivalent to the descriptions.

4.3 All images that are on the website are digitally created and therefore depending on the medium you are viewing them on and the settings, images may present themselves slightly different

4.4 In very rare cases Kenneth Home will provide items that have minor description and specification differences, however will be similar to the item you ordered. This will only occur if your item is not available for dispatch for any unplanned, unforeseen circumstances.

5. Delivery

5.1 EXPRESS SHIPPING with reliable courier partner（TNT,TOLL, Fastway, etc.)

​5.2 We offer an Express Delivery service for Brisbane and Gold Coast Region.

5.3 We dispatch and deliver same day if you make order before 1pm. Any order after 1pm will dispatch or deliver the following day.

5.4 we deliver 7 days.

​5.5 Please note that we do not delivery to PO boxes

5.6 We do not ship overseas.

6. Manufactures Warranty

We offer 1 year warranty for all brand new furniture and 1 to 10 years for mattress (not applicable on man-made damaged). Please provide us clear pictures of any damaged, or faulty products and contact us via email – [email protected] along with any details of your purchase, for an exchange or refund within 14 days.
